If you are a returning user, login using your email address and your password. You will be able to register and pay for new sessions from your account page. 

Parents should register their children for Age Group (18 & Under) Sessions. You will be asked for your information first, and then your child's information.

If you are registering for the first time, you will need the following to complete your registration:

1. Your or your child's USA Water Polo Member Number
2. Emergency Contact information, including a phone number
3. Club Dues to be paid via Credit Card
4. Willingness to accept the Club Waiver & Release of Liability, Consent for Medical Treatment, and Code of Conduct for yourself or your child
